• MINIMUM ORDERS

Our minimums can go as low as “36" Pieces or lower in select styles and fabrics. We value our customers and their business, despite order size. Most suppliers charge inflated prices for small orders, which they do not even take seriously. However, at Cloud Nine, we give our complete attention to each order regardless of quantity
This does not apply to lycra fabrics and special finish application like wicking/soil release/water repellant.

• AVERAGE LEAD TIME

The average lead - time from purchase order generation to the moment it is delivered to you is about 3 weeks for most of the fabrics.

Which our competitor charge exponentially for features such as silk wash, quality yarn and so􀅌 hand feel, deeming them addons, we consider them necessary for quality products. Whether you want a high - end or an economical product, we can make it work within your budget.
We begin by discussing your idea with our designers and production manager. you let us know aspects of designing and styling, such as silhouette. embroidery, printing and private labeling while we guide you through the technical details such as fabrics, finishes, digitizing and other add - ons.
Once the product is finalized, we will send you some samples for final review a􀅌er which production begins. All our products go through three stages of quality control regarding fabric and garment performance, implemented by separate teams of specialists. Our products are only shipped once we are completely satisfied that the batch is free of any defects. Your product can be packed according to any special requirements you may have. Average delivery time ranges from two to three weeks, a􀅌er approval of the sample.
